Hastings, East Sussex

Hastings, memories of long summer holidays exploring the old town antique shops for bargains; being scared in the darkness of the smugglers caves; running wild over castle hill. It never rained in those days! This is the town where I met my husband, lived and brought my first two children into the world. This year I took my 10yrs old granddaughter there and we both had a wonderful time

OK, I just added another place to the list of places to visit. This sounds like so much fun and I figure a nice place to live at too.

Well if you go, don't forget to go to the smuggler's caves. They are genuine and have a long history. I have three other grandchildren to take so my excuse for visits will last a few years!
